The West Broward Wellness Center is a health care facility founded in 1992 by Dr. Kyzor Dahdah and Dr. Teri Cohen-Dahdah.
Our office is fully equipped and bilingually staffed to offer care for disorders of the spine, and the neuro-musculoskeletal system. This includes the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the bones, joints, ligaments and nerves.
We are providers for most managed care companies and health care plans (HMOs and PPOs), as well as providing diagnosis and treatment for automobile and workers' compensation injuries.
Our well trained and educated staff will greet you with a smile, helping to guide you through all aspects of your experience in the office, from business consultations to insurance billing, to any other assistance you may need.
The Medical community respects Drs. Dahdah, and inter-referrals are made when necessary with excellent medical and alternative medical specialists in the area. We coordinate records and reports to give you the best care. By consulting with us first, we can expedite any referrals from your family doctors to specialists such as orthopedists, neurologists, acupuncturists, and to advanced imaging centers for MRIs, CAT scans, etc.
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
We also accept Care Credit
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
